We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Note, cards issued by local banks which do not carry one of these logos will not be accepted by our global processing service, in which case we recommend PayPal as an alternative.

PAYPAL

Use any payment method on the growing list of ways to fund a PayPal account in your country. Once you have funded your PayPal account, you can use our single-click PayPal express feature to speed through checkout.

AFFIRM

Pay for your purchase over installments. Allows you to pay when it suits you best. This payment option is only available on US orders.

STORE CREDIT AND GIFT CERTIFICATES

Of course, you can also use store credit or a gift certificate / gift code. Each gift certificate carries a gift code you can easily enter when completing checkout. They NEVER expire and may be combined with promotions.

All transactions submitted to us are encrypted with 128 SSL software which encrypts information you input to protect it from interception by outside parties. Bikini Luxe is committed to maintaining the highest levels of security and protection against fraud. We stay up-to-date with the latest in security technologies to ensure that your credit card information, contact information and shipping/billing information are confidential and safe.

Orders may be subject to payment verification. For the protection of our customers, we want to ensure that every order that we ship out was authorized by the cardholder. If your order is placed on hold, we will reach out to you right away to ensure that the delays are minimal.

When possible, Bikini Luxe will try processing your payment in your local currency. There are however some limitations and special cases in which we will have to charge your card in USD. In those cases, the conversion is handled by your financial institution.

As you proceed through checkout and confirm your shipping details, any applicable taxes will be calculated on the total merchandise value. The tax amount will be shown on the review page before your submit your order as well as on the summary page that you see once the order is complete.

To view the status of pending orders, you can visit the Order History Page and input your order number and email used to place your order. Your orders will be itemized by number and you can view the details and status of each order.

Customs + Duties Fees are NOT paid at checkout. Please note, all International packages may be subject to duties and taxes upon delivery. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities. Please check your local customs website for more information.

For International orders, if the package is not claimed from Customs we reserve the right to deny the return, or deduct any customs or duties fees from your refund for store credit.

Orders typically ship the next business day. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will ship out Monday. If you need your item by a specific date in the very near future, please upgrade to the USPS Priority Mail shipping option to get your order sooner.

DOMESTIC RETURNS

Please request a return or exchange by using our Returns Manager HERE. Domestic orders that meet the return/exchange policy are eligible for a PREPAID return mailing label. To ship an item back to Bikini Luxe please:

• Pack your item(s) and invoice into the return bag/cardboard box and affix the prepaid mailing label.

Mail your package using one of the following methods:

1. Drop your package at a USPS location without waiting in line (the label is pre-paid and requires nothing else on your end). Click here to find the closest location.    
   
2. Leave the package off at a location that has a daily USPS pick-up.

We offer a convenient 30 day return and exchange policy for another size, style, or store credit. For US customers, a prepaid return shipping label will be provided at no charge to return your merchandise (free shipping both ways).

All returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a Bikini Luxe E-Gift Card within 5 business days of receiving your return, but probably faster. :)

Remember, each brand that we feature has a strong mission statement. Sometimes it's planting a tree for every item sold, teaching a Woman who has faced abuse or homelessness the trade of making jewelry to provide living wages, helping feral dogs in Bali, providing a single Mother with a stable job to support her family, teaching girls life skills such as coding, or even feeding the hungry within our own community. We're able to actively help others thanks to you!

• Merchandise must be in it's original packaging and have all hang tags, hygiene liners, accessories, and be packed carefully.
• Items must be unworn and unwashed. No stained, damaged, or odorous items will be accepted. Please be careful of makeup or deodorant rubbing off on the garment.
• Sale, reduced price, and clearance items are final sale, and are not eligible for a return or refund.
• A handful of the brands and items we sell are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Luli Fama Swimwear, Michi active wear, Shahida Parides, Baccio Couture, jewelry, sunglasses, and bags are final sale.
• In the rare case that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item please report it to us within 3 days of delivery and we will replace it immediately.
• We offer complimentary pre-paid return shipping labels for customers in the USA, at this time International returns and exchanges are available however shipping is up to the customer.

We will send you an email when your return package is delivered back to our warehouse. Please note, returns do take us 3-5 business days to process upon reaching our facility. Once your return is processed and your store credit is issued, you will receive a confirmation email containing your E-Gift Card to use towards purchasing another size or style.

If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact customer service immediately.

Bikini Luxe only carries merchandise that is authentic, first-run, and purchased directly from the designer. Please be aware that even such products are not entirely free of workmanship errors, including occasional missing threads and similar defects. Some styles may not have placed prints, which can mean that a print will not be placed identically to a photo on the model, but is still the same fabric. This varies by designer, however is still a 100% authentic style.

You can purchase a Gift Card Here. If you enter the recipients email address at check out, it will go directly to their inbox. Otherwise, you can use your own and forward the Gift Certificate on to the intended recipient.

Bikini Luxe will match an online competitors non-clearance price, subject to the following restrictions:

We will match clearance prices only at the discretion of the Sales Manager.

Coupons may not be stacked or mixed and matched with price matches; i. e. we will only match a coupon and price together if the coupon and price are both offered by the same competitor at the same time.

If an item is not in stock at another store, we generally do not match the price. We do not price match stores that do not list or answer a contact phone number, that do not list a business address, or that list nearly all items as discounted. We do not price match on wholesale quantities, considered to be orders of three or more of the same product.
